Cookies & tracking

Effective 30 June 2026

anása keeps things minimal. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The storage we use is described below.

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

  • Auth session — keeps you signed in. Stored by the authentication library in your browser's local storage. Required.
  • Theme & language — remembers dark/light mode and language choice.
  • Consent preference — remembers your choice on the banner so we don't ask again.
  • Onboarding state — so the welcome tour doesn't repeat.

2. Optional (only with your consent)

  • Push notifications — a device token is stored on our server so we can send the reminders you turn on. You can revoke this at any time from the profile screen or your operating system's settings.
  • Analytics — currently disabled. If we add it, it will be opt-in and described here first.
  • Crash reporting — currently disabled. Same opt-in rule applies.

3. What we don't use

  • Advertising or marketing cookies
  • Cross-site tracking pixels
  • Device fingerprinting for advertising
  • Sale or sharing of personal data

4. Changing your mind

You can clear your browser storage to reset all choices, or delete your account from the profile screen to wipe everything we hold. Push reminders can be turned off in the profile or your operating system's notification settings.
